PRABHU DEVA'S STATEMENT ABOUT SALMAN KHAN

SALMAN KHANAND HIS HUMBLE NATURE IS HARDLY ANONYMOUS WITH HIS FANS. THE ACTOR FOR SURE HAS NO FUSS SURROUNDING HIS STARDOM. AND WHO BETTER THAN THE FILMMAKERS, CAN SHARE SUCH INCIDENTS ABOUT THE DABANGG ACTOR?

SOUTH STAR AND FILMMAKER PRABHU DEVA WHO RECENTLY SHOT ACTION JACKSON ON THE STREETS OF BANDRA, GOT NOSTALGIC ABOUT KHAN. REMEMBERING HIS WANTED (2009) DAYS, WHERE HE SHOT A MAJOR PORTION OF THE FILM AT BANDRA, PRABHU DEVA SAYS, “WE SHOT FOR A MAJOR PORTION OF WANTED IN BANDRA, ESPECIALLY AT BANDSTAND. HUGE CROWD USED TO POUR IN EVERYDAY BUT SALMAN USED TO LOOK TOTALLY HASSLE FREE. HE WOULD WAVE AT HIS FANS, SIGN AUTOGRAPHS AND EVEN POSE FOR PICTURES.”

THE FILMMAKER SAYS THAT KHAN WHO RESIDED AT BANDRA WAS VERY MUCH FAMILIAR WITH EVERY NOOK AND CORNER OF THE PLACE. HE ADDS, “BETWEEN SHOOTS HE WOULD JUST GO TO ANY SMALL, RANDOM STREET SIDE EATERIES AND HOG SOME YUMMY FOOD.”

MEANWHILE, DEVA IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON THE AJAY DEVGN AND SONAKSHI SINHA STARRER AND HAS WRAPPED ITS MUMBAI SCHEDULE. THE FILM IS ALMOST SHOT AND WILL GO FOR POST PRODUCTION SOON.
